Guided mindfulness practice in the outdoors, in practice with others. Whether you are an experienced meditator or new to the practice, this weekly gathering will provide you with a structure in which to practice mindfulness in nature with a small group of people. We sit, stand and walk in beautiful places around the Midcoast Maine area and have weekly themes to meditate upon.
Sunday mornings, 10am-11am. This program lasts for one hour. You must sign up for a full 4-week session to attend.
